You can download the 2008 command-line version of Fly Enhancer, Worm
Enhancer, and Plant Enhancer to run on your own computer. This updated
program uses Genome Enhancer 2.0 Beta to scan genomes at a rate that is
about 50x faster than the 2008 web version.
Genome Enhancer is in beta, with periodic new releases. The most
